How Our Tryout Process Works
Our structure is intentional and designed to give every player the best opportunity to be seen and assessed fairly.
Multiple Days of Evaluation
We provide several sessions to ensure players are observed across different environments and moments.
Current Players
We’ve assessed these players consistently throughout the year through training, matches, and Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
New Players
New players will be evaluated across multiple days, including interaction with existing teams, to ensure the right fit both on and off the field.
Offer Timeline
Invitations are typically sent within 24 hours of Day 1. We ask for a response within 24 hours of receiving an offer, after which we will continue through our selection process.
